Cladin.com accepts returns for exchange, store credit or refund on full priced merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached. All Footwear returns must be UNWORN merchandise. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange will result in a 15% re-stocking fee.

* Full-priced merchandise must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Any returns sent that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the sender at their own expense.

* Merchandise discounted up to 39% off may be returned within 5 business days of receipt for a full refund.

* Items purchased at 40% off or more are final sale and are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.

In the event you decide to return any merchandise, please contact customerservice@cladin.com to have a UPS label emailed to you. *Our Customer Service Desk is staffed Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm. (EST)* If you use our return label, the cost of the return shipping will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. You are welcome to return merchandise using whatever method you choose, though shipping through an insured traceable carrier is recommended, as Cladin.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Returns on special orders are not accepted.
All shipping charges are non-refundable
Cladin.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or within the applicable return time frame.
Please ship your return or exchange through an insured traceable carrier, as Cladin.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within five (5) business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Cladin.com)
If returned without the original packing slip, please include the following:

Your name and billing address
The original purchase price and date of the purchase
The order number of the merchandise, if available
