Shipping

Shipping All orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship within 24 hours (Holidays excluded), pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Monday. 

*Orders over $200 will be shipped free of charge via U.S.P.S. or U.P.S. ground in the Continental United States ONLY. For your convenience, you have the option of choosing expedited shipping, or other carriers, but these choices will be at the expense of the customer. Carriers like Fed Ex or DHL do not currently ship for free. International customers are encouraged to contact customersupport@cladin.com if they wish to deliver via another carrier. 

Should you choose expedited shipping during checkout, keep in mind that *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS. Cladin.com will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization. Cladin.com uses UPS, and U.S.P.S for delivery, and therefore may be unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. for free. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the UPS tracking number for your package. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Cladin.com, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
