Shipping & Returns

Shipping for all orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing and will ship within 24 hours (Holidays excluded), pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Monday. 

*All orders are shipped free of charge via USPS or UPS ground in the Continental United States ONLY. For your convenience, you have the option of choosing expedited shipping, or other carriers, but these choices will be at the expense of the customer. Carriers like Fed Ex or DHL do not currently ship for free. International customers are encouraged to contact if they wish to deliver via another carrier. 

Should you choose expedited shipping during checkout, keep in mind that *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS. will contact you with a follow-up email if for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock, or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization. uses UPS, and USPS for delivery, and therefore may be unable to deliver via UPS to P.O. Boxes for free. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package. If you decide to refuse any shipments from, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.


Orders outside of the continental United States (International) are NOT RETURNABLE and are NOT REFUNDABLE. accepts returns for exchange, store credit or refund on full priced merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached. All Footwear returns must be UNWORN merchandise. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange will result in a 15% re-stocking fee.

* Full-priced merchandise must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Any returns sent that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the sender at their own expense.

* Merchandise discounted up to 39% off may be returned within 5 business days of receipt for a full refund.

* Items purchased at 40% off or more are final sale and are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.

In the event you decide to return any merchandise, call 401.596.1958 or please contact to have a return shipping label emailed to you. *Our Customer Service Desk is staffed Monday through Friday 10 am to 5 pm. (EST)*  You are welcome to return merchandise using whatever carrier method you choose, though shipping through an insured traceable carrier is recommended, as cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Your name and billing address
The original purchase price and date of the purchase
The order number of the merchandise, if available

Store Credit, Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable and are valid for 5 years from date of issue.
